INVITATION TO THE FCA 2015 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
All member clubs can send a maximum of three representatives (preferably committee members) as their representatives at the AGM. Even if a club has more than one representative present at the AGM each member club only has one vote.
Full members, who wish to present an issue at the Meeting, must send such a proposal to the Committee (chairman and copy to secretary) in writing by 3rd April at latest.
The AGM agenda will be sent to member clubs by April 10th.
On behalf of the FCA committee,
The FCA Annual General Meeting will be held at noon on April 18, 2015. The venue is Töölön ala-aste school in Helsinki. The official invitation to the AGM will be sent to all member clubs by the end of this week.
The idea of a Forum was enthusiastically welcomed at the 2014 FCA AGM, so make sure you and your club are represented when the Forum becomes reality. The aim of this forum is to get input from the member clubs on questions such as improving club management and budgeting, the 2015 league structures, junior activities and the long-term development of cricket in Finland. The event will also allow informing clubs of, amongst other topics, FCA goals, financing, umpiring, the use of CricHQ and disciplinary questions.
