This will be a comprehensive beginner's course for those umpires who have never stood as an umpire in Finland or never has attended and passed the previous umpire course assessment. Not only will this deal with the basics of umpiring, it will also look at the specifics of umpire in Finland due to local conditions.

Cricket Finland Umpire 2
This course will deal with more advanced topics, with a particular focus on playing conditions which based on previous season's require more attention as well as on new rules and regulations to be implemented in the forthcoming season as a result of changes in the Laws of Cricket. This course are for those who have successfully attended a umpiring course given by Cricket Finland.
Length of course: 2 hours
Spaces to the courses are limited, so please register as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your participation.
Costs will be €5 per attendee with a maximum per club of €25. The participation fee will be use to procure materials for the courses, for rent of facilities in Tampere and Turku and for food and drinks (snacks) during the course, payable before the courses take place.
