Umpiring development

Elite Panel umpires Rezwanul Islam and Srinidhi Ravindra will continue as Umpire Performance Officers, conveying match feedback and development suggestions to umpires and contributing to umpiring development in Cricket Finland. 

Rezwanul Islam has been appointed Country (Umpire) Development Officer. He will manage the supply and demand for umpire development, matching umpires with the education they need to progress on the pathway.
