New leadership for LSC in 2018

Published January 9th, 2018
Uday Nandini approved by the CF Board to chair the League Sub Committee with immediate effect.

After a few years of magnificent service at the head of Cricket Finland’s League Sub Committee (LSC), Shaun van den Dobbelsteen has stepped down from the role at the end of 2017. In his place, we are very pleased to announce that Uday Nandini will take over in this critical role. The whole Finnish cricket community expresses a huge thanks to Shaun for all his many contributions and wish him and his family all the best for the future.

Uday pro-actively managed the LSC CricHQ Coordinator role in 2017 and has excellent experience of working with the LSC administration team. He will step in to the role immediately and will be a key part of the Cricket Finland management team, driving forward our shared mission to make cricket a respected, successful, more accessible and fun sport in Finland.

Another new LSC appointment will see Krishna Chhetri step up to take on the CricHQ Coordinator role in 2018, alongside his continued tasks related to expansion & integration of softball cricket in Finland this year. More information on this to follow soon.

Do you want to be a part of the growing LSC Team in 2018?

We are looking for 2 to 3 people to take on a shared promotional role within LSC, basically “reporting” to the outside world on upcoming games/tournaments and the results of cricket played throughout Finland all year round. This will involve the active use of our social media channels and website and can be done in English, with Finnish capability an added bonus. If you are interested in giving a few hours of your time every month, then please contact us – either directly to Uday or to any of the CF Board & Operational members shown on our contacts page www.cricketfinland.com/contact-us.html. Welcome on board!
