Eurosport Player, Eurosport's web TV service, will broadcast LIVE all matches from the ICC World Twenty20 2010 in the West Indies from 30 April - 16 May. 

Eurosport 2 and Eurosport Player have exclusive and live coverage of the ICC World Twenty20 2010 in its entirety. On-air, Eurosport 2 will broadcast extensive LIVE coverage of the event while every single match will be shown LIVE and available on-demand throughout the tournament via Eurosport Player. 

Twelve nations will be represented at the event, staged this year in the West Indies:
Group A: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Australia 
Group B: Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Zimbabwe
Group C: South Africa, India, Afghanistan
Group D: West Indies, England, Ireland

Highlights to look out for on Eurosport 2 and Eurosport Player will include reigning champions Pakistan vs. Australia in the group stages (02/05 at 19:30 C.E.T.), all the action from the Super-8 stage (06/05 - 11/05) and of course the semi-finals (13/05 & 14/05) and the final itself (16/05 at 17:30).

Wih three matches still to play in the Indoor League, Helsinki CC already have an unassailable lead, and are therefore 2010 Indoor League Champions.

Bengal Tigers have confirmed their second place, but places 3-7 still depend on the outcome of the last matches, which shall be played at Merihaan Palloiluhalli on Friday the 24th of April.

Anil Kumar "Sunny" Sood 

FCA is sad to announce the untimely death of ex-Finnish National team player Anil Kumar Sood, alias Sunny. Sunny sadly passed away on the morning of 15th January, 2010. He is survived by his wife and two children.
 
Sunny, as he was popularly known, represented Finland from 2000-2005. He was a hard hitting middle-order batsman and a very economical slow-medium bowler. His best batting performance was against Croatia in 2000 when he top scored with 64 runs. His best bowling performance was against Luxembourg in 2003, when he conceded only 4 runs in his 5 overs while taking 3 wickets.

He also captained Helsinki Cricket Club with distinction for many years employing his own brand of attacking and fun cricket, winning the Finnish league on numerous occasions. 

FCA shares the grief and the loss with his loved ones. 

RIP “Sunny” and long may we all cherish your memory both on and off the cricket field.

Despite the wet weather conditions in the last 2 weeks, work is almost completed on phase 1 of the Kerava National Cricket Ground project. All the main parts of this first phase before winter have now been completed, except for the seeding of the outfield grass. Seeding has now been moved to April 2010, due to the inclement weather conditions. Most importantly of all, the underground preparation work went very well, with over 2 kilometres of irrigation piping now imbedded under the outfield. The key 30 metres of pitch foundations have also been laid and will settle over the winter before the new Notts wicket is laid in the spring.

Bengal Tigers win the SM50/SM40 promotion/relegation playoff against VantaaSuperKing, so retain their place in the SM50 league next season. 

VantaaSuperKing will continue in the SM40 league.
